Sa Nang Manora Forest Park
This also known as Sa Nang
Manora Waterfall, is located in the area of Tambon Nop Pring,
Amphoe Muang. To access the park one has to use Phangnga - Krabi
route (Highway No. 4) for a distance of five kilometers where a
turn is made at the Eletricity Generating Station via a three
kilometer laterite road to the fall area. The Park occupies an
area of 180 rai and, in general, it is a pleasant forest having
various kinds of plant and wood species. The outstanding
characteristic of this park is the fall originating from a stream
flowing along the hillside and cascading down to the big reservoir
all year round.
Tham Nam Phut
This cave is
located near the foot hill of Khao Thoi in Amphoe Muang, 2 kms.
from Phangnga market place, and highly - revered by Phangnga
inhabitants. A natural spring bubbles up near the cave mouth where
a shrine is constructed as a residence of a spirit called "Chao
Phun Thao Kong" Nam Tok Ton Phangnga Also Called Nam Tok Nai
Ton,
located in the area of Tambon Pa Ko, Amphoe Muang. The Falls
cascade from multi - levelled stone platforms on the mountain.
